This comprehensive coaching journey follows your unique 3 phase, 11 sphere Gene Keys profile to guide us (me, coach, and you, magical human) through your specific traits, tendencies, and mental/physical/emotional imprints that make up your Shadows and your Gifts.
Through each Gene Key, we uncover the inherent Shadow frequency (unintegrated, unconscious manifestation of a trait or pattern that causes suffering, distraction and blocks your Genius). We then dive into integrative life coaching techniques such as powerful questioning, metaphorical analysis and emotional exploration to uncover the wisdom within this Shadow.

Week one is where we will get to know each other, establish the basics of your hologenetic profile and you will learn to read the Gene Keys. We will establish the process for the remaining sessions and discuss main themes in your life, both inner and outer. We will touch on any intentions and goals you have for the next month and introduce you to the tools and materials you will use throughout the program.
THE ACTIVATION SEQUENCE

Weeks 2 to 5 are focused on working with the 4 spheres of your Activation Sequence. Devoting 1 week per sphere, we will contemplate, discuss, and pursue focused coaching around the themes contained in the Shadow and Gift frequencies of each sphere. This portion helps to uncover and establish your soul's purpose in this life, what you are best suited to do fo passion, work, and legacy, and themes around your physical health and optimal vitality.
MONTH 2
THE VENUS SEQUENCE

Weeks 6 to 10 are focused on working with the 5 spheres of your Venus Sequence. Devoting 1 week per sphere, we will contemplate, discuss, and pursue focused coaching around the themes contained in the Shadow and Gift frequencies of each sphere. This portion helps to discover and create new perspectives around your relationships (to others and yourself, your patterns, and your desires), your emotional and mental tendencies, and understand dominant conditioning from the past and present.

THE PEARL SEQUENCE

It also shines light on your pathways to prosperity, both financial and otherwise, in this lifetime.

The final session is focused on wrapping up your hologenetic journey, making sure you feel clear, supported, and complete, and equipping you to move forward in your self-development and Gene Keys path with clarity. We will take a look at the progress and outcomes achieved over the 13 weeks together, identify themes to continue with, and discuss ongoing support after your Keys container comes to a close.

Nope! This is what is so cool about working with your Gene Keys and Hologenetic Profile. You can discover your sequences, lines, and spheres as you go, and you'll have the Gene Keys book (as well as my 1:1 support) to guide you the whole way.
How is this different from working through the Gene Keys on my own?
I am not a guru, and I don't hold any top secret knowledge. This program serves to guide you through your Gene Keys AND provide focused, expert life coaching along the way. The Keys brings together Cat McElveen's powerful signature coaching and her deep understanding of the Gene Keys from years of study. It can take you deeper into your Gene Keys, and challenge you to look at blind spots and themes you might not uncover on your own.
Do you offer refunds for The Keys?
The Keys is a challenging, intense program of self-inquiry, and we recommend that you take the time to decide if this investment is right for you at this time. If you begin the program and decide you would like to terminate your participation, you can decide any time before the fourth 1:1 session that you would like to withdraw. You will be refunded for any unused sessions if you withdraw before the fourth session. If you decide to terminate participation after the fourth session, you forfeit your right to any refund. Instances of illness, birth, death, or other major life circumstance will be decided on a case-by-case basis (we won't make you pay for sessions if something happens and you are not able to adequately participate).
